Line cook

The hustle and bustle of our taproom has been an exciting time! We are looking for additional experienced line cooks to work in our kitchen alongside our talented team. We pride ourselves in our house-made menu and are looking for cooks that will take the same pride in their work as we do every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Cook pizzas, sandwiches and other menu items.

  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food.

  • Stock inventory appropriately.

  • Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion.

  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with kitchen staff, front of house staff and customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook

  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

  • Familiar with industry’s best practices

  • Culinary school diploma, or equivalent work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability
