FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME

We’re looking for beer fanatics that love sharing their passion with others across the bar to join us at Raised Grain, one of the fastest growing breweries in SE Wisconsin. Join us in our taproom and our beer gardens as we share our passion—and our beer—with our guests.

This job is for you if you are passionate about craft beer, creating an excellent guest experience, and you enjoy interacting with our customers when they come to our brewery. We are looking team members that have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Greet our guests with a friendly smile and ensure their experience meets our high standards

• Take beer, growler and food orders.

• Offer beer suggestions and/or pairings to new and repeat customers.

• Bring food to our guests, as necessary during your shift.

• Keep bar and taproom area clean before, during and after shift.

• Assist with brewery tours (there will be an additional audition for tour guide spots).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma+ preferred

• No prior beertending experience required, but some experience preferred

• Must be 18+ years of age

• Should have an interest in craft beer (no bartending license required; training available)

• Educate customers about our brand and be a brand ambassador

• Outgoing and inviting personality required

• Ability to be quick and fun, but also professional behind the bar

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be willing to work in both the taproom and Waukesha Parks for Beer Gardens

• Passion for customer service/bartending

• Pour and serve craft beer with skill and enthusiasm

• Must be willing to perform any duties required (food running/cleaning/stocking/etc.)

• Genuine care and respect for guests, coworkers, and management

• Ability to work in fast paced environment

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Flexible schedule required (days/nights/weekends)

• Ability to occasionally lift at least 35 pounds

• Ability to multi-task and handle situations with finesse

• Desire to be part of a fun, outgoing, and ever growing team/company

• Part-time: 20-25 hours preferred

• Full-time: 32-40 hours preferred
