• Flanders Style Red - A sour and fruity oak-aged reddish Belgian-style ale with malt flavors and fruit complexity. This sour has a vintage red wine character, coming in at 6.8% ABV.

• All the Bretts Saison - A clean, crisp, and dry Belgian-style saison with a wild twist—fermented with brettanomyces for subtle funk and farmhouse character. At a delicate 5.7% ABV, this beer is refreshingly drinkable while still offering that rustic edge—a perfect companion for late evenings.

• Brett Tripel with Apricot & Peach - Our bold Brett Tripel meets a duo of stone fruits: apricot and peach. Sitting at 11.5% ABV, it’s rich, fruity, and layered with wild yeast character. Expect luscious sweetness, gentle funk, and a big, expressive profile made for slow sipping.
