No. 100 Imperial Stout
To celebrate our 100th brew, we created an Imperial Stout with cinnamon and bourbon barrel-aged coffee beans from Hawthorne Coffee Roasters. Rich, dark and aromatic with notes of bourbon, coffee and light sweetness of cinnamon on the finish give this beer a decadent flavor profile.
Les Trois Docteurs Belgian Quad
Brewed with Pinot Noir grapes from the award-winning Abbelone Winery in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, this quad was aged for six months on oak. Les Trois Docteurs has a big Burgundy nose and is very complex and nuanced.
