american inspired beers:
A boldly hopped American IPA that gets its name from the “Aha!” moment our brewer had when brewing a drinkable, not-too-bitter IPA. Quadruple hopped with Ahtnum and Amarillo hops.
6.82%ABV - 37 IBU - 16oz
A collaboration brew with our Brewmaster’s Circle members, the Driftwood Porter is smooth and silky, with a well-rounded mouthfeel. The addition of Madagascar vanilla complements the dark chocolate flavors from the malt we use, creating a velvety beer as beautiful as the driftwood it gets its name from.
6.5% ABV - 30 IBU - 16oz
Our Imperial Red IPA is the brew that started it all for Raised Grain. It’s a full-bodied beer with a bright hop aroma and initial caramel notes that are enlightened by a slightly citrus, acidic finish.
8.7% ABV - 80 IBU - 13oz
Our Scotch Ale gets its name from the weight of the grain (in Stone) that goes into each barrel of beer. It has a bold, malt-forward flavor enhanced by Belgian malts with a sweet touch of bourbon that results from the oak-aging process.
8.91% ABV - 26 IBU - 13oz
A perfect beer for a laid-back afternoon with friends, this Wisconsin amber is smooth, malty and easy drinking.
6.31 ABV - 26 IBU - 16oz
Belgian inspired Beers
Our better-than-Belgian tripel is brewed with a cross of Belgian and English yeast strains for a flavorful, yet exceedingly drinkable beer. A sweet and complex beer with a hoppy aroma.
9.23% ABV - 34 IBU - 13oz
A surprisingly complex Belgian Stout with notes of chocolate, vanilla and coffee. The addition of Belgian candy sugar adds incredible depth to a bold Russian Imperial Stout.
9.5% ABV - 100 IBU - 13oz
German inspired beers
Clean and crisp, our Kölsch is a tribute to the strong German influence in Wisconsin with a signature Scottish twist. It’s also one of our tailgating favorites, so grab a growler on the way to the game!
5.36% ABV - 26 IBU - 16oz
A light, crisp German wheat beer that's refreshing and the perfect vice for the summer weather.
5.36% ABV - 12 IBU - 16oz
Word is out… we’ve got some ambitious growth plans in the works. We’ve been super busy keeping up with demand these past few months, so it felt like the right time for us to move along with what our plans have been all along... We will be building out a production facility here in Waukesha capable of handling more distribution.
Three doctors (our two and one other, a Doctor Vintner) collaborated to brew our latest beer, a Belgian Quad aged on oak for six months. Check back soon to find out about the limited release of Les Trois Docteurs.
